Use your towel, wash it, live with it for up to 30 nights. If it isn’t right, we collect it from your door and refund you. The exact rules (for example one trial per household) are confirmed at launch and will be printed here.
A used towel can’t be sold again, so we plan to donate or recycle returned towels. We’ll name the partner here once it’s agreed.
Yes. Unused towels in their packaging can come back within 30 days of delivery.
Once the towel is picked up, to your original payment method. The timeline depends on the payment partner and will be stated at launch.
We plan to take UPI, cards and net banking. Cash on delivery and any charges for it will be confirmed at launch.

Yes. Add a gift note in your basket and we’ll tuck it in with the towels. Gift wrap options are confirmed at launch.

No, and we won’t say it is. It is viscose made from bamboo, blended with cotton, and it keeps none of the plant’s properties.
Warm, not hot (40°C), no softener, no bleach, dry low or on a line in the shade. The washing machine on our story page walks you through all six rules.
A few loose fibres come away in the first washes. Wash new towels on their own the first time.

Unused towels can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Used towels can be returned within the 30-night trial, under the trial rules published at launch.
We collect returns from your address. Refunds go to the original payment method after pickup. Personalised or gift-wrapped items may be exchange-only; this will be stated on the product page.
We collect only what we need to take and deliver your order and to answer you: name, address, phone, email and order details. We never sell your data.
This site keeps your basket in your own browser. It uses cookie-free analytics to count visits. We will list every service we share data with (payments, delivery, messages) before launch.
Product details, colours and prices on this site are placeholders until launch. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the real towel.
The seller, registered address, GSTIN, customer care contact and grievance officer will be listed here before we take orders, as Indian e-commerce rules require.
